Consumers Are Not Happy

It’s Friday, and customers are not happy. A new study from Forrester found that perceptions of customer service at major brands are at their lowest since the consulting firm started tracking it in 2016.

The issue? Consumers feel they are paying more and not receiving a better experience for the price.
