Gen Z The Rebel Generation

A study by Axios found that 82% of #genz say that the idea of doing the minimum required to keep their jobs is pretty or extremely appealing, and 15% are already doing it. I call Gen Z the “rebel generation” because they are unwilling to accept normal working conditions and pay. This goes against both #capitalism, and older generation's view of #workethic. Do you think Gen Z’s mindset and behavior will improve the workplace or make it harder on everyone else?
