In this week's edition of Workplace Wednesday, we look at rule #15 in the Great Manager's Playbook. This rule identifies the four areas great managers provide for their teams.

1. Provide your team with the tools they need to do their jobs!
2. Provide your team with the training they need to fulfill their responsibilities with confidence.
3. Provide your team with truthful feedback. Never leave employees wondering how they are performing.
4. Provide your team with a purpose. Each team member should know how their job fits into the big picture.
