10th Annual Dogtober Fest
The 10th Annual Dogtoberfest is right around the corner. Mark your calendars and get your dogs and friends together for the best day of the year at Brandeberry Winery.
Dogtoberfest is a fundraiser for the Clark County SPCA.
About the SPCA: The SPCA is a shelter that saves cats and dogs that other shelters can’t or won’t. They have huge veterinarian bills and always need our help.
Let’s show them how much we appreciate all that they do for the homeless pets of our community! The public is invited to bring their well-behaved and people-friendly dogs to the winery.
No extendable leads allowed.
Dogs must be on a 6-ft or shorter lead.
A costume contest for the dogs will be judged at 3 pm with prizes for the cutest, funniest, scariest, most creative, and prettiest costumes.
If you do not have a dog or are looking to add another furry family member, the SPCA will be conducting adoptions at the event.
There will be wine tasting with a souvenir wine glass to take home. Freddies Franks and Burgers and Christian Brothers Meat Company Foodtrucks will be serving up some amazing food. Live music with Skip Hoyt will take place from 1:00-4:00 pm. Vendors will be at the event selling stuff for doggies and humans.
A pet photographer will be taking photos of your dogs in the garage of the house next to the winery–photos are $20 and $10 of each photo is donated to the SPCA.
The event also features basket and 50/50 raffles, a bake sale, Dogtoberfest hoodies and t-shirts, and last years sellout blueberry wine, Purple Rayne! $5 per bottle will be donated to the SPCA, so make sure to get yours that day! There is a limited quantity.
There is only one festival around that welcomes you and your dog and it is Dogtoberfest! Come spend a wonderful day out with your best friend for a great cause!
